Chain Care Info
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel jewelry is durable, rust-resistant and hypoallergenic. I generally use 304 stainless steel, with some 310 surgical steel elements. This material is generally safe for those with allergies to metals, however it does contain low levels of non-leeching nickel so those with severe allergies may still experience a reaction Rarely (I have a metal allergy so i test the material regularly) . Earrings should be removed on a regular basis and cleaned. Stainless steel pieces can be worn in water and will withstand sweat. Contact with chemicals should be avoided. Polish with a soft cloth to regain shine. Clean with soap and water.
If the product is damaged through negligence (i.e. not following the above guidelines) I cannot be held responsible. The materials used in each design are noted on the item listing page. If you have any questions about materials or care for pieces you own or are looking to purchase, feel free to me an email.
Glass and Semi-Precious Gems
Some of our premium jewelry is adorned with glass and other semi-precious gems. As these are natural stones they may have indents, cavities, scratches, or differences in color and texture. I recommend that jewelry containing semi-precious stones is worn sparingly to ensure its longevity.
Avoid contact with water, oils & chemicals and do not drop, hit or scratch the stones. Handle with care and always store securely away from humidity.
